Silver Bone, Black Hair, Soft Flesh

2024

Happenings :“Matters of skin and fur, a body that disappears”

Just focus on your ”Perception,“ and it accompanies the unfolding of all things.

This time, about ten seemingly unrelated elements are combined together like writing prose or poetry. (fur, ham, candle, black hair, vertebra, foam, charcoal stick, pearl pin, flashlight, text, lighter) Let go of your mind and use perception to imagine a festival that is not at all violent, like a fur-related event. (Irony: When the end is near, all meanings are meaningless.) Reminds me of a song by Doji Morita.

What I am more curious about is the presentation brought about by the arrangement and a series of actions in this work. Bringing back the wool from "Black Bone" and "Pond" made in 2022, and using the three sets of words "Silver Bone, Black Hair, Soft Flesh" as the starting point, responding to "writing as a method." All objects in the work are choices and intentions of themselves, and the actions at that time occurred without careful arrangement, combined with the interpretation and associations left by the viewers after the on-site actions. When viewing, just bring your eyes, skin, and heart.
